In order to return your items, you MUST contact us to request the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before you send anything back. If the items were found in manufacturer defective or shipping damaged, we will provide a return shipping label upon request. Otherwise, return shipping label will not be provided. All purchases made in error by customer subject to a 20% restocking fee.
If immediate replacement is needed, you will need to purchase a new item and refund issued once the item is received
back and claim are approved.
Shipping damage claims must be reported within 5 days of arrival. Items will be subject to inspection by the carrier for
Approval and replacement of merchandise. Please inspect the parts immediately after receiving your order.
